This is always a tricky question and will depend on different factors. This is the typical timeline for each project;

Bathrooms  -  2 weeks

Basement with a bathroom - 4 weeks

Basement Apartment - 6 weeks

Kitchen - 2-3 weeks

Additions - 8 weeks+

The design and project plan is the first place to begin for large renovation projects. Without the design or project plan it is very difficult to provide accurate pricing. We work closely with a group of engineers and architects that we be able to prepare the drawings for your project!

Yes, MBD Construction offers structural repairs, floor leveling, wall removal and temporary shoring. We have a team of engineers we work closely with to ensure your structure is repaired properly and efficiently.
